Having held key roles at La Gare, Divine, and Black Dog, I culminated my journey as Head Chef at La Casa Argentina. There, I orchestrated large-scale operations with precision, blending leadership with a commitment to gastronomic excellence."

For more than five years, I have served as the exclusive chef for BORA in the Czech Republic — a collaboration that inspired the creation of my private dining concept.

For me, cooking has never been only about food.
It is about atmosphere, trust, and the precision that transforms a dinner into a lasting experience.

In 2020, I worked as a culinary coach for contestants on MasterChef Czech Republic, gaining valuable insight into high-pressure environments, production coordination, and guiding talent behind the scenes. That experience reinforced my belief that gastronomy is as much about people and energy as it is about technique.

The following year, I led the full catering operation for Marek Ztracený’s national tour, overseeing suppliers, logistics, kitchen operations, and team coordination. Working in an environment where nothing can go wrong strengthened my organization, adaptability, and professionalism.

Since then, I have been involved in exclusive weddings, private celebrations, garden parties, and large-scale corporate events. I have collaborated with brands such as Zdravé stravování and BORA, and have had the privilege of cooking for internationally recognized actors, musicians, models, top executives, and entrepreneurs ranked among the top ten in Forbes.
